Shipping & Returns
Buyers have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be in its original condition.

Personalized items or items made specifically according to the customer’s request are excluded from returns, where legally permitted.

Customs and Import Fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

International shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance. I have no control over such delays.
